DI-SNAKE?

DI-SNAKE is a high quality DI cable that has electronic circuit inside phone plug that connect to instruments. It operates with 48V phantom power and connects to microphone input (XLR) of preamp. It looks exactly same as cable but works as DI.

The secret of DI-SNAKE

  • Active Buffer Circuit

With the circuit place inside the phone plug, the audio signal has converted to low impedance right after the instrument output. It eliminates the high impedance section so the signal become strong to the noise elements and leads to the clear and vivid sound without loss of high frequency.

  • Flat response, no coloring

DI-SNAKE will deliver the "true original signal" without coloring so it enables to make sound character by matching of microphone preamp. The output level is designed to making up sound with the most of the preamp’s character.

  • Compatible to any instruments

The maximum input level is designed to high so it can be used to output of pedals and pre-out of guitar/bass amps. DI-SNAKE will deliver the signal directly from these devices to mixer or microphone preamp.

It can also use to hot pickups, electric piano, analog synth and acoustic instruments with pickups whether passive or active.

・Phase deviation within ±10° in audible band
・THD+N:<0.02%
・The output level has set to use of the most of preamp's character.
・Using "Semi-Balance" style signal transmission.
